Dundee Sunday Morning Amateur Football Association

The Dundee Sunday Morning AFA will revert back to a two division set-up for the season 2008/2009. The Strathmore Glazing Premier Divison will see Douglas Athletic defend their title, with newly promoted Sandys AFC and Dundee Vics taking their place at the top table.

The Pilot Garage First Division will see only one newcomer, Four J’s FC, hoping to make their mark in Morning football. The format of the McGuire Trophy and the CentreCars League Cup will again be on a knockout basis , while the format for the Alex Smith and Ross Kirk Trophies has still to be decided.

The draws for both Scottish and Tayside cup competition are made usually in early September.

The new season kicks off on Sunday 17th August 2008. There will not be midweek games at the start of the season.
